Obtaining Public Records in King County

Records may be searched at the King website at King County Public Records Search. Searches may be conducted by auditor file number, document type, date, grantor, grantee, book and page or parcel number.


Court Records may be searched at the King County website at King County Court Records Search. Searches can be done by name, case number or business name.

Property searches can be done at King County Property Search. Searches can be done by parcel number, address, or street intersection.

The King County Records Clerk is located at King County Courthouse, 516 Third Ave., Seattle, WA 98104. Operating hours are from Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
